Jennifer is an advisor, collaborator and advocate and as such charges for her time and knowledge. Her priority is not to get the cheapest "deal". In fact, you will never hear Jennifer use the word deal in any correspondence. Her top priority IS to ensure her clients are spending their travel time wisely and receiving maximum value for their investment. Jennifer spends a significant amount of time on research and client communication before a single booking is even made. Think of her as your personal assistant, financial advisor and crisis management specialist all rolled into one. She provides her clients with a level of service not found on an app or website or through big box agencies. The tremendous travel disruptions of COVID-19 serve as a reminder of how important it is to be able to connect to an actual live and caring person who can walk you through unexpected situations, especially during a world-wide crisis.
INSPIRE*EDUCATE*CREATE The process begins with a discovery call or zoom for all new/potential clients which allows Jennifer to get to the heart of your travel needs and get to know you better. The key to a successful relationship will be communication and trust. She will review your previous travel history, likes/dislikes, special needs, expectations for this trip, budget expectations, discuss how you can best work together, and then go over her professional travel management fees.
Should you decide Jennifer is the right consultant for you, she will then forward a client agreement for your review and signature, and the travel management fee will be due prior to the start of any research.
The majority of communication will be via email which provides you with a written record of requests, consultation and arrangements made.

On average a group file requires a minimum of 20 hrs of client service time from moment of inquiry thru to return from travel.
A La Carte Fees
Validation / Verification fee - $100* (if you have booked something yourself or elsewhere and need clarification on entry requirements, documentation etc. One time 10 minute consultation. Links will be provided that you can refer to closer to departure.
Air only bookings - $100* per ticket (domestic/transborder). International $125* per ticket. This includes counselling on health, passport and visa requirements, schedule change monitoring, on hold time with supplier should issues arise, advocating on your behalf. Fee is due at time of inquiry.
Online flight check in assistance & assistance with online forms (ie. travel authorizations) - $25.00* per ticket.
Accommodations Only (Caribbean/Europe/USA) - $50* per room per night (includes consultation, research and booking). Fee is due at time of inquiry.
Insurance only (includes consultation, quote, assistance with claim as necessary ) - $25* per person
Booking a pet (to travel on same flight and transportation as you) - $100*
Changes to/cancellation of a file once booked - $50*
